Studio B is located in the racquetball building next to the basketball court.

*Children must be accompanied by a parent and a minimum of 13 years of age to participate in classes

Class Descriptions

Total Body Basics: a basic and balanced workout; 30 minutes of low impact and/or *step followed by body sculpting.

Power Sculpt: a challenging muscle strengthening workout using the step platform and dumbbells.

Body Ballet: a core conditioning class including dace based balance work and flexibility training.

Cardio Step: an intermediate level cardio workout that utilizes the step platform.

Step and Sculpt: 30 to 45 min. of high–energy step choreography followed by muscle conditioning exercises.

Step Circuit: short bouts of cardio step patterns alternated with body sculpting.

Step Intervals: a high intensity step class that uses interval-training techniques to increase the calorie burn.

Cardio Circuit: a fun blend of cardio training, hi/lo, kick box and more, alternated with light weights/bands.

Dance Workout: fun jazz and hip–hop style dance routines. Level 2: for students who attend on a consistent basis.

NIA: a combination of low impact dance, martial arts and mind body exercise.

Pilates Workout:a floor exercise workout, that focuses on improving posture and core strength (bring mat).

Ritmica: an advanced blend of dance exercise and Pilates.

Yoga: Hatha and Raja techniques emphasizing muscle strength, flexibility, posture and breathing (bring mat).

Restorative Yoga: involves a gentle and relaxing session geared to bring back muscle balance and repair.

Power Yoga: an advance Yoga workout that keeps your heart rate up as you work on strength and flexibility.

ChiGong: a unique blend of gentle Tai Chi and Yoga moves.
