CARDIO STEP:
30-45 minutes of high-energy step
choreography followed by muscle and conditioning exercises.
DEEP WATER CONDITIONING:
A non-impact workout and
muscle conditioning program that is done in the deep end of the pool.
JAZZ OR CARDIO DANCE:
Fun jazz and hip-hop style dance routines.
NIA:
A combination of low impact dance, martial arts, and
mind body exercises.
PILATES WORKOUT:
A comprehensive floor exercise workout
that focuses on improving posture and core strength. Mat recommended.
POWER SCULPT:
Challenge your muscles with increased resistance using a step platform, free weights and bands to develop
muscular strength and tone.
QI GONG:
A gentle blend of stress reducing Tai Chi and Yoga.
RITMICA:
An Advanced workout combining dynamic rhythmic stretching and traditional Pilate moves.
SHALLOW WATER CONDITIONING:
A cardio and strength
conditioning program that is done in chest high water.
SILVER CARDIO CIRCUIT:
A one hour combination of cardio and strength training especially designed of our older members as part of the Silver Sneakers program.
SILVER STRETCH:
A 45 minute stretch and relaxation class, especially designed of our older members as part of the Silver Sneakers program. Recommended for new members.
STEP CIRCUIT:
A total body conditioning class that
combines weight training with short step conditioning patterns.
TOTAL BODY BASICS:
Looking for a total body Workout? Or
Looking for something easy to follow? These workouts are basic and
balanced. 20 - 30 minutes of low impact or + step routines followed by
overall body sculpt and ab work.
YOGA:
Yoga stretches and techniques emphasizing muscle
strength, flexibility, posture, and breathing.
