Class Descriptions

Strength & Range of Motion: a strength, balance and range of motion workout.

Stretch & Flex: a gentle stretch and strength workout for those with joint limitations.

Balance Fit: focus on strength, balance and flexibility.

Cardio Circuit: a combination of cardiovascular and strength training.

Yoga Stretch: a chair assisted yoga class that focuses on flexibility and balance.

Chi Gong: a unique blend of Tai Chi and Yoga (done without the chair)
