South End features an newly redesigned exotic outdoor aquatic area, with two pools, spa, and waterfalls! Perfect for swimming laps, our 25-yard heated Jr. Olympic sized pool is a great place to get a workout and enjoy the fresh air. Our newest edition is a graded depth adventure pool, designed to be a fun and safe place for kids to enjoy the water! Additionally, the outdoor spa is perfect for relaxing after a good workout or a grueling match on the courts.

Class Descriptions

Aqua Therapy: a shallow water workout designed to strengthen and increase range of motion.

Deep Water Cardio: a cardio and muscle-conditioning program done in the deep end of the pool with floatation devices (bring floatation device).

H20 Intervals: and advanced deep-water cardio interval workout (bring floatation device).

Shallow Water Conditioning: a muscle–conditioning program done in chest high water.
